CARES was founded based on our own experience serving our aging loved ones through their home sale. We believed that a real estate service should exist which provides the high caliber of respect, client care, and patience that senior homeowners need. One that would offer customized services and extra support when the enormous step of selling a senior’s home is necessary. Over the years, we’ve assisted with every kind of home transaction, both listings and sales. During that time, we’re proud to have served clients with many varied circumstances ranging from still working professionals to fixed income retirees. One thing they share in common - a fondness for their home where so many memories were made over the years and some unease about leaving such a familiar place and the start of a new chapter of life. We will help make this transition a comfortable one.

About Us
With the Cares Real Estate Group you will find more than 40 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate market. Do you have questions about planning for retirement living? Do you want to learn more about the market value of your current home? Depend on seasoned professionals. Cory Moffett has been a Realtor in Pierce County for over 18 Years. He Currently holds The Accredited Buyers Representative, Military Relocation Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations. He is also a Veteran of the US Army, member of the VFW and Puyallup Eagles Chapter 2308. Kevin Sahagian is a second generation Realtor who grew up in the business. Following in his mother’s footsteps he has been a Realtor here in Pierce county for 22 years. Raised in Puyallup he is a Rogers H.S. Graduate and also a Puyallup Eagles member.

How does it work?
CARES is contacted by the senior or a family member to set an appointment at a location that is most convenient. We take time to get to know specific needs and goals in the sale and/or purchase of a home. ​

The CARES broker takes a few days to do market research and to create home sale or purchase options designed specifically for the situation. Take as long as you need to think the options over, and when you’re ready, let us know which option and specific services you’d like. The CARES broker returns for a second visit, and presents the selected options and how they compare. There is no obligation or cost for CARES to share this detailed information with you. What you can count on from CARES in this discovery process is honesty, transparency, and a realistic idea of how we can achieve your goals with emphasis on:
